Personalised Dementia Care Offered Dairy Flat, Auckland

We are looking to invite a lucky person(s)/family to nurse/nanny share with our experienced care-team anywhere from 1 to 5 days a week. I
This is my Mum, Ona, myself and my husband taken recently for our wedding.
My Mum is 83, nursed for 60 years and as a widower raised four children on her own and nursed my grandparents and my great aunt to passing in their own homes. Mum has mid stages vascular dementia and lives with us on our large, fully fenced farm in Dairy Flat.
We employ two senior, private caregivers and we have a cottage specifically set up for dementia care on our property.
We are looking for another dementia person(s) to join us to share the care costs but also to provide company. We moved her up to Auckland from wanganui, 3 years ago and she doesn't really have any special companions apart from us and her nurses. I would love for her to have some friends her own age and stage. Our carers are with us 7am to 7:30pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun. We thought we would offer Mumma Beer farmdays out between 10:30-3:30 approximately (we can tailor hours according to your needs but around this timeframe).
You would need to drop off and pick up your loved one to us in Dairy Flat. Driving Miss Daisy is an awesome service.
We would provide personalised care, we are looking at only having 1 other person join us each day.
On fine days we would look to do - an outing for ice-cream, coffee, a walk on the beach, hair and/or nails. When it is wet or people aren't up for a dayout then we can do cooking/gardening/hobbies/crafts. Mum is fine going to the bathroom and feeding herself and holding conversations. We would be looking for companions at a similar level. We would offer a personalised tour and free day. Our two carers are both dementia experienced and have many years experience. It's not easy finding great care, especially rural and at the weekends, so I hope the hours and vetting I have put in, can help another family. I also run my own petcare business and have been going for 10 years and have 8 staff, so I am very experienced in recruiting and building awesome care-teams.
