Description
Torbay area ,North Shore. I have a kind, very sensitive, , extremely creative young adult male who is very lonely and is looking for a Support Worker and Companion.
He has recently lost his little brother and a close friend , so has a lot of grief in his life.
We Need a :-
Support worker to work alongside this young 31-year-old independent, high-functioning, brilliant Neurodiverse male.
He lives independently in his own house with a large garden to propagate his plants and accommodate his hobbies.
Needs motivation and help with Household tasks ,visits out for shopping, and appointments.
Recreational activities - he enjoys are gardening ,music producing , graffiti art, Photography, Art, and I.T.
He started his own business in T-shirts and Grafiiti art but has lost interest lately & needs encouragement to get this entrepreneur business going again.
S.W. must have their own transport although a car is supplied to be used when taking client out.
Must be quietly spoken & patient and have experience with Neurodiverse individuals.
The client has high anxiety and low self esteem ,so someone who is kind and empathetic and can de-escalate anxiety and panic attacks professionally.
Renumeration will reflect the applicants skills. We give a lot of support to the right candidate.
